Cancellation policy

PRINT CLUB SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

By joining the Print Club, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription. Your selected membership will automatically renew every month at the membership price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

PRINT CLUB | $15/MONTH

The $15 Print Club membership includes one exclusive 5 × 7 fine-art print each month.

COLLECTOR | $30/MONTH

The $30 Collector membership includes one exclusive 11 × 14 fine-art print each month. Collector members also receive at least one original work on paper from the studio each year while maintaining an active membership.

MONTHLY RENEWAL

Your membership automatically renews every month using your saved payment method. You will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting the studio. Cancellation stops future subscription charges and deliveries.

SKIPPING OR PAUSING

If available through your customer account, you may skip an upcoming shipment or pause your membership rather than canceling it.

SHIPPING

Each monthly print will be prepared and shipped according to the current Print Club schedule. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

ANNUAL ORIGINAL WORK

The annual original work on paper is a benefit of the $30 Collector membership. The member must maintain an active Collector membership to remain eligible for this benefit. Details regarding the annual work, including its size, medium, and delivery timing, may vary.

MEMBERS-ONLY ORIGINAL ART OPPORTUNITIES

From time to time, Print Club members may have access to special opportunities involving original artwork from the studio. Specific eligibility and selection details will be provided with each opportunity.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Shopify may notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment method. Your membership may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed.

POLICY CHANGES

The studio reserves the right to update the Print Club, its benefits, pricing, shipping schedule, or membership terms when reasonably necessary. Any changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated as appropriate.
